Voice AI that stays
where your customers live.
Cervana is an on-premise and private-cloud voice agent for regulated industries. Your calls, your infrastructure, your jurisdiction — always.
Backed by

Real calls, right now.
A live feed of production calls. Real customers. Real languages. No scripts.
“Hi, I'd like to book a table for four at 8pm tonight.”
Cervana, where your customers are.
Not a SaaS chat widget. A real voice agent that lives on your servers, answers in your customers' languages, and proves where every byte was processed.
Voice agent
Real-time conversation in 30+ languages. Switches mid-call without missing a beat.
On your servers
Self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Zero outbound API hops. Single deployable artifact.
Compliance, in receipts
Every action signed, hashed, and replayable. Hand auditors a log, not a vibe check.
Plugs into your stack
CRMs, telephony, ticketing, contact centers. Webhook out, function-call in. No replatforming.
Voice AI wasn't built for the enterprise.
Your call data is leaving the country.
Most voice AI vendors route audio through US-hosted LLMs and third-party ASR. For regulated buyers, that is a compliance dead-end.
You're renting infrastructure you can't audit.
Black-box APIs mean no SOC 2 evidence, no incident forensics, and no way to prove residency to a regulator at 2am.
A vendor outage is your outage.
When the provider goes down, so do your bookings, your support, and your revenue. You cannot afford a single point of failure.
Your data never leaves the building.
Cervana is the only voice AI purpose-built for buyers who are answerable to a regulator. You decide where the workload runs and what it's allowed to touch.
Deploy where you need to.
On-premise, private VPC, or regional dedicated cloud. Same agent, same quality, wherever your compliance team needs the workload to live.

The technical and compliance answers, written by the engineering team. No marketing fluff.
What is on-premise voice AI?
On-premise voice AI is voice AI that runs on the customer's own servers — physical hardware in their data center or virtual machines in their private cloud — instead of the vendor's cloud. Every component (speech-to-text, the language model, text-to-speech, the call orchestrator, the audit log) executes inside the customer's network perimeter, with no outbound calls to public APIs. Cervana is on-premise voice AI.
What is sovereign voice AI?
Sovereign voice AI is voice AI where the customer retains full jurisdictional control over the data processed by the system. That means the model runs in a region the customer chooses, the audio and transcripts never leave that region, and the customer can prove all of this to a regulator with signed audit logs. Cervana ships sovereign by default — every deployment is single-tenant, in a region you pick, with cryptographic egress proof.
How is Cervana different from cloud voice AI vendors?
Cloud voice AI vendors host every component on their own infrastructure — calls and transcripts pass through their servers under their terms of service. Cervana is the on-premise alternative: you run the same class of voice models entirely on your own infrastructure. No data leaves your perimeter, no third-party SaaS terms apply to your call data, and you get audit logs you can hand to a regulator. Same model quality, your servers.
How is Cervana different from cloud orchestration platforms?
Cloud orchestration platforms wire calls between your phone provider and external LLM/TTS APIs — your call data passes through their stack plus every external vendor in the chain. Cervana is the on-premise alternative: a single-tenant deployment that runs the orchestrator, the LLM, and the voice models all inside your network, with no external API hops during a call.
Is Cervana GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Cervana deployments in the EU run on EU-resident infrastructure with no cross-border data transfers, give the customer full data controller rights, redact PII from transcripts on the fly, and ship with signed audit logs covering every call. We support DPAs, sub-processor disclosure (typically: none, since the deployment is single-tenant), and right-to-erasure workflows.
Does Cervana send any data to public AI APIs?
No. A standard Cervana deployment has zero outbound API connections during a live call. The speech-to-text, language model, and text-to-speech all run inside your perimeter. The egress gate physically blocks outbound traffic to public AI APIs and writes a signed log entry every time something is blocked. You can verify this with tcpdump or your own audit tooling.
What languages does Cervana support?
Cervana speaks 30+ languages out of the box, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu (via the Hindi voice pipeline), Turkish, Polish, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. The agent auto-detects the caller's language and switches mid-call. Code-mixing (e.g. Hinglish, Arabic + English) is handled natively.
How does Cervana handle PII (personal identifiable information)?
PII redaction is enabled by default. Cervana's pipeline detects names, emails, phone numbers, account numbers, and government IDs in real time and replaces them with redaction tokens before they hit the LLM or the persisted transcript. The original audio is encrypted at rest and access-logged. Redaction rules are configurable per industry (banking, healthcare, government).
Can I self-host Cervana in the EU?
Yes. Cervana deployments are commonly hosted in EU regions (Frankfurt, Vienna, Amsterdam, Dublin) on the customer's preferred hyperscaler private tenant or bare metal. We also support sovereign-cloud providers like OVHcloud, Scaleway, T-Systems, and Atlas Cloud. Your audio and transcripts never leave the EU.
What hardware does Cervana need to run on-premise?
Cervana runs on standard GPU server hardware in your data center or private cloud, and scales horizontally for higher call concurrency. The exact footprint depends on your call volume, language mix, and latency targets. Reach out via the contact page and we'll size a deployment to your workload.
Is Cervana ready for the EU AI Act?
Yes. Cervana ships with the technical documentation required by the EU AI Act for limited-risk and high-risk AI systems: model cards, training data summaries (where applicable), risk assessments, human-oversight controls, and incident-logging hooks. We provide a compliance pack on request for legal and procurement teams.
How does Cervana handle DORA compliance for financial services?
Cervana's deployment model maps to DORA's ICT third-party risk framework: as on-premise software, Cervana is not a critical ICT third-party in your supply chain — your own infrastructure team operates the runtime. We provide DORA-aligned change-management logs, incident-reporting hooks, and resilience-test artifacts. Several EU banks evaluating us have used this framing successfully with their CISOs.
